Limewire freezes while opening up Hi, first post. I looked through the threads and did not see this particular problem listed. Every time I open up limewire the loading window pops up in the middle of my monitor and gets to where it says 12% (Loading HTML Engine...) and then freezes. I am not sure if this is related to the connection problems that everybody seems to have with Vista or not. Limewire used to work on this same computer. I tried removing the JAVA on my computer and donwloaded the one that is linked to this site and this did not work. I once moved my shared download folder and it did something screwy to limewire at the time, I am not sure if this is related or not. I have tried re-downloading limewire several times and to no avail. Any help would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks. Last edited by tommott77; October 4th, 2007 at 09:00 AM. |
