Help with windows vista please. (only loads 12%)

Ok so I downloaded all my windows updates and java updates and the latest limewire, but when I click limewire to start it only loads 12% and stops and wont load anymore! Does anyone know why it would be doing this? I have uninstalled it and tried multiple times!
