i chose port 58763. I tried putting the static into the Network/computer device address and it still wouldn't work. telling it what port i have might be the problem because it won't let me tell it what port i chose, it just says application Limewire and
TCPAny -> 6346UDPAny -> 6346 ^ thats written where ports is and i can't change it.

so what should i do now?

Try using an ethernet cord. Sometimes the school wireless network won't let you get onto any applications including limewire and utorrent.

I just system restored to a month ago in safe mode (which i didn't know it had to be in) . It fixed Limewire. Thanks everyone for your help.
