tripacer is flying high
Default uploading limits reached
I'm running (free version) 4.14.10 in Vista and have been uploading a 3.5 gig file for a few days. Now the system has stopped and says that my UPLOAD LIMIT has been reached. What is going on ?

Sounds to me like your ISP. But I may be wrong since I don't use Vista.

Do you mean upload to others, or downloading for yourself?

Is it a gnutella network file or a bittorrent file?
