Downloaded limewire now popups

I downloaded limewire on my new laptop which has vista now when i open internet explorer a new internet explorer window opens and it is an advertisment that is not being recognized as a pop and my anti virus is not detecting anything but when this does happen i get a message on the bottom right of my screen that reads ad served by contexttool and i cannot not find it to delete it. please help?
