Help I can't full download Limewire

I can't even download Limewire

I am running Vista (4 day old Computer). I downloaded Limewire with no problems. It worked just fine for the first couple of days. I went to use limewire again, clicked to open it and it wouldn't open. I tried and tried, so finally I unistalled the software and tried to reload it. It loads successfully until the end.

It trys to load limewire, Geen box pops up on desktop (Limewire 4.14) Loading HTML Engine.... 12% and it doesn't get past this. The box appears on my desktop unactive and won't do anything else.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
