stuck at 12% when openeing

I was using Limewire fine and it worked perfectly and then the next time I tried to open it, it stopped at 12% (Loading HTML engine...) and I can't fix it. I've tried everything on the link just below this and it hasn't worked. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it both through the Limewire Uninstall and the "Control Panel -> Uninstall Programs" and it does the same thing. Can anyone help me with this?
