firewall problems

I Fixed A Firewall Problem By Reading A Thread A Few Days Ago. It Referred To Showing Hidden Folders, Roaming. Please Post The Info Again- I Am Getting The Firewall Icon Again. The Fix Worked And I'd Like To Do It Again, Print It And Save The Info!
