limewire won't start

Hi i have windows vista. I had limewire for 4 mounth ago, but then uninstalled it. now i reinstalled the program back, but it won't start. every time i start it it comes to the point where it says "reading -html machine" and that's it. i tried to reinstall and it doesn't help
