Windows Vista only shows 1 bar and firewall icon below left
 

Hello, I have been a limewire user for a long time but now that I loaded it on this new Dell Inspiron 531 computer, all I get is 1 bar and the firewall icon at the bottom left.

I have:

500 gb harddrive
AMD 64 duo core 2.3 ghz
2 g ddr ram

I went to windows firewall and there is an exception already checked for LimeWire. I added a port with the number given from the help menu on LimeWire and that didn't change anything so I deleted it.

All I have is 1 out of five bars as green and I have a firewall icon that says "LimeWire has detected a firewall"

I would really like to use Limewire on this computer but so far.. no luck.
