Problem loading!!!!

I Just got a new computer. I downloaded Lime wire 14.4 for my Vista. It worked for 2 days, and now it won't load at all. all i see is the loading box (12% Loading HTML Engine....) 12% is as far as it gets and the task manager doesn't recognize it's running, but if i go to uninstall while its on my desktop, it won't let me. So I Re-Start... then uninstall....then RE-INSTALL and THE SAME THING HAPPENS! 12%!
