'Network Discovery' and Port Forwarding...

I'm using one computer and a router... no network at all..

In Vista, do I need 'Network Discovery' On or Off..? I am port forwarding in the router and have the Limewire exception enabled in the Vista Firewall plus a port added for tcp & udp protocols...

After using Limewire occasionally for years in W2000 with no problems whatsoever I have had nothing but headaches since using it in Vista for 6 months - currently I have got rid of the brickwork firewall logo at bottom left of screen and there are 5 green stripes but this is guaranteed to not last long - the bricks will be back within half an hour and i'll be down to 1 green stripe again.

And btw, 'Downloading from 3 hosts' at 0KB/s... ??

Thanks in advance.
