I just purchased a new HP computer with vista and got the norton subscription. LW has never been able to connect, just stays at one bar. I'm pretty sure its not vista, ive had and used LW on vista systems before. I'm lost trying to mess with norton
HELP!

basics of my system:
vista and norton (windows security off)
2.2 ghz core2 due
2gb ram

email response would work better for me, but ill check here occasionally

I'm also having connection problems. Poor connection 1 or maybe 2 bars. Please someone help us.
