Only showing partial results

Hi, not sure where to post this question, but when I'm searching it may say that there are hundreds of results but the list does not show them all. I don't understand why it is showing only so many and it seems that everything I am getting is just fake files like trying to get something that should be at least close to 1G at least over 1/2G and only getting small files showing up. Tried some of the small ones but just had setup.exe in them and it would say it had a virus if I tried to run it. Is there something I need to press to look through the rest of those results?

So if you had a total of 10 results showing, but only 2 lines on the results page , each with 5 in the # column - there's your 10 results.
