I've done everything from the stickies, actually deleted norton all together, turned off all firewalls/virus protection, and I have a new linksys router and it has the upnp thingy and I still can't connect. I go to that website and it says your test worked but I still get the brick wall in front of the globe. I have vista and pro 4.16.2 and I can't connect. Please please help because I'm about to throw my comp through the wall.
