Limewire + Vista Problem - "Loading Internationalization Support" never finishes - ?

When I open LimeWire, it's not able to load. It gets stuck at "Loading Internationalization Support". Sometimes, after about 5 hours, it will say "Loading Messages" but I've never been able to get past that. I allowed LimeWire to pass through my firewall and everything but nothing works. PLEASE HELP!!!! :confused:
