getting stuck in "loading internationalization support..." when i download limewire to my computer with vista everything goes fine. but then when i open it i cant search because limewire must finnish loading. then i see the little thing that says "loading internationalization support..." and it gets stuck there. i dont know what to do... i will go on a long trip soon and i would like to have some music with me but now i cant download anything so please help me fast m8s. i have tryed to download the latest java (that some1 said it would help) but it didint so plz help soon |
It's generally the compatibility setting, though it could be java related. First check step 5 or 6 here for compatibility Fixes for Limewire (click on blue link). Otherwise check the red Stickies at the top of this section index above your post. :) |

You mean you looked thru all those Sticky threads in the Vista section & none of them helped you? I don't use Vista, but there have been discussions on solving your problem. I have not been involved in them, but know it's a similar process, perhaps not identical. But most likely using a combination of the steps in the Fixes for LW but using the vista equivalent. Compatibility could be either 2000 or NT or for Vista I don't know if more options .. make sure admin is checked. The sollution my also incude re-installing Java using offline version installer. ;) |
nah there is no problem that is close to mine. but what may it be that stops it? i checked the antivirus but its not it :( so im still needing help |
Have you checked thru the Vista threads below this one? I know it's been discussed, you are definitely not the first. Why not search the Vista forum using the terms vista and load* or international*. |
