Netgear Port #?

I Am A Complete Novis....i Cant Connect, Called Netgear To See If It Was My Wireless Router, They Said To Contact Limewire And Get A Port Number And Then Call Them Back. So What Is The Number I Need????

I Also Did The "test" On This Site And It Worked....does That Mean It Is Not A Port Problem?

I have a inspiron 1720 with vista. Using AVG. I dont know much else about what I have as I said, I am a novis with computers....can you still help??
