After my downloads are finished, and i try to launch them, it says its palying but theres no noise. My speakers are definetly working cause other noises come such as from online games. Even when I move the files to winamp and wmp11, no sound comes but it says its playing. Same thing when i put it in itunes. Like I said before, all other noises come fine and even when I put my speakers up, there is no noise for the music files indicating that my speakers are fine. Please help!!!

if you have newest verson of limewire, check the sound on the bottom right hand corner is up to full-vulume or it no icon is there, click the bottom left icon and "show volume" if problem persists go onto start, control panel, then volume, and check the balance etc

Tahnks for the help...your steps helped me figure out the problem (although it sas not the problems u were talking about). when i double clikcced on sound on the contorl panel it said that windows found a problem with my internal sound (i have a laptop without any external speakers) and so i disabled the enhancements and now it works!
