Lost Everything After Update! - But Remoc showed me how to FIX it !

Since the last update, all my music has been lost. I want to know what for and why and if you can't fix it, you've lost a customer!

IF you would have taken some time and read some of the Threads and Posts you would have found a solution to your problem, as this has been discussed many, many, many times.
