lost music
 

hi new to forum . was trying to move music files to external hard drive . changed settings in save location couldn't get it to work then clicked on restore defaults button . could this be what caused files to dissappear ? is there anything i can do to restore them ? wife and daugther are mad as a horent !! running vista premium 1gb 120hard any help is a big thanks .:bangh:

Must ask you first...

Have you recently updated or fresh installed LimeWire ?

If, "Yes" Click on > If you've updated LW and can't find your downloads!

If the problem is strictly related to your moving the files using Windows Explorer the above may still be of use to you.

If it is a problem re: LW and the folder changes that have taken place, I am sure the link will help.

btw... If you have not yet turned off your machine, do not do so until you have the solution.
