Having major trouble!! (corrupt installation)
 

First post here and I wish it was under better circumstaces. Here's my problem...

I just got a pop-up saying I needed to update to a newer version of limewire. I tried to install it and somehow it did not finish installing. Now I appear to have lost all my content previously downloaded. When I click the icon on my desktop it says I had a corrupt installation and I should re-download limewire.

I tried to restore my system but that did not help. Am I screwed out of
all my tunes or is there a way to get my original content back?

If you can't find your files after installing the new version, see whether this helps (refers to XP but might also help for Vista users?): If you've updated LW and can't find your downloads!
