![]() Hi all new to forum so apologies if this has done before. My Son has Limewire on his PC and as a concerned parent I have set up parental controls on Vista. Unfortunately this seems to stop Limewire connecting to the internet. Does anybody know what setting I should have to give me, as a parent, piece of mind but also allow my son to use Limewire. Thanks |

Q: How can I prevent my children from seeing adult content in the search results? A: The filter option can block access to files in a variety of ways. Go to Tools, Options, Filters, and Keywords. Here you'll be able to set limitations to the search results you receive. For example:

![]() My problem isn't really about parental controls. My roomate set up lime wire but I am the administrator. I am not computer savvy, so I turned off the PCs on her, yet it still requires a password for her to enter limewire. This is annoying to her and more to me in case i am at work. Help! |

![]() I have an hp pavilion slimline that i bought last year. It has Windows Vista. When i created her a user profile the pcs were turned on atomatically. I turned them off. I believe the problem is in the User Account Control settings. They are turned off though... I knew she couldn't download anything w/t my password (the administrator's), so i helped her with that. the next day it was asking for my password before letting her on LimeWire. |
