Auto Start when Deleted

I was downloading a file off of limewire, turns out it was a virus and every time I logged in (on vista) it came up, and continuously did so even when I closed it, so I deleted it in Control Panel, and now it keeps coming up with

and I close it and it just keeps coming up and It's very annoying and I don't know how to fix it.

You may have become infected. Try this

AVG(free) might be able to fix it. Be sure to update it before you scan your computer: AVG Free Advisor: AVG Anti-Virus Free, then follow the prompts.

Once AVG has fixed the Problem you can delete it if you want to. AVG seems to catch problems other AV's don't catch.
