I had to re-install Vista on my computer about 8 months ago and I lost several programs. I believe that I had paid for a Pro version of Limewire but when I go onto the site it appears they have no record of me or my purchase. Can you assist me?

Genuine Limewire subscriptions last for either 6 months or 1 year and if you subscribed to the genuine article they should have had some record of your purchase.
It sounds a lot like you have been the victim of one of the many scam sites offering various length subscriptions to Limewire. In future be very careful about where you go to get your Limewire versions. There are a few sites who have sponsored links in Google but have nothing to do with the genuine Limewire product. i had the same exact problem! And it was just when i updated it! Theres nothing u can do! =( sadly....
