Question Help! Limewire Error.. (popups after uninstalling LW)

Hello Guys, I am new to this site so pardon me if I posted this in the wrong forum. I uninstalled my Limewire and now, every other few minutes, something pop ups saying this:

LimeWire version 4.18.3
Java version 1.6.0_03 from Sun Microsystems Inc.
Windows Vista v. 6.0 on x86
Free/total memory: 31342224/33357824
com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.GUILoader$StartupFailed Exception: .\lib\hashes (The system cannot find the file specified)
at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.GUILoader.sanityCheck(G UILoader.java:281)
at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.GUILoader.load(GUILoade r.java:58)
at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Nativ e Method)
at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknow n Source)
at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Un known Source)
at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Unknown Source)
at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.Main.main(Main.java:45)
STARTUP ERROR!

What should I do to fix it? I have already tried installing and uninstalling it. Thanks for the help. I will really appreciate it.

Sounds like you may be infected with a virus. Update your AV program and do a thorough scan to see if your computer is infected.
If you don't have an AV program (what the hell are you doing coming on the internet!) go to AVG free download and install their free antivirus version and let it run and see if it finds where the problem is; AVG Free - Download AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition for Windows XP and Vista
