Try removing both LW & Java, then reinstalling both using the offline installers. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/gettin...tml#post326500 gives a start. To remove LW, go to Start menu -> Programs -> LW -> Uninstall. Run the Crap Cleaner after removing both, then reinstall both. (Vista LW prefs folder is detailed here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html) |

wow that was fast lol. So you did try removing both java & LW & installing the offline versions of both? Have you tried changing the compatibility mode options of LW? It sometimes fixes issues. Also setting LW to run as Admin. If still issues after trying those things, I'd suggest removing LW, then installing an earlier version. BTW I use an intel mac & I cannot run LW 4.18 on it. I had to step back to LW 4.16, however you are probably the first windows intel user I've seen with same issue. oops just saw this post http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...tml#post326508 |
