What Firewall?

Help!

I can't get my limewire to download, I've been trying different things for months, I don't know of any firewalls on my computer, I have a router but I disabled the routers firewall. Below are my details. What else can I do? Thank you.

Platform: Windows Vista
Version: Limewire 4.14.12
Connection: Cable
Problem: Firewall image (Globe w/ Bricks)
Additional Info: Belkin Router - Disabled Firewall Settings inside router settings already.

P.s: Sorry, I didn't know whether to put this under Vista or Connection so I just guessed!
