Cannot Connect to LW after troubleshooting

I've gone through all of the troubleshooting tips on the other posts(uninstalling/reinstalling LW and Java etc.) and still am unable to connect.
So here's the my info, hopefully you can help.

1. OS version? Windows Vista
2. What firewalls you have? Norton Internet Security/Antivirus
3. How much ram? 2046 MB
4. Hard Disk space available? 150 GB
5. Connection type? Cable
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Modem-Aris #TM402P/110...Router-Lynksys #WRT300N
7. Where are you trying to connect from: Home
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? LW 4.18.8 PRO Java 1.6.0_07
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Comcast
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? Says, "Your test worked!!"
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. I share the connection with a Laptop that connects wirelessly to the internet through the router.
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. I've had LW for years now and never had this problem. I even had it working with this same set up, but now it's not connecting at all.
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes I see the brick wall
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? UPnP is enabled
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Norton Internet Security
16. What country are you living in? USA
17. Has anything in your setup changed recently? Have you updated your version of LW or Java? Have you added any new software or new hardware? Have you updated any software? Have you moved house, changed internet plan or ISP etc etc? I just updated my version of LW to get Pro instead of Basic.

Thanks,
Epi

Try configuring your Norton Internet Security, these are the instructions on how to do so...

Port Forwarding for the Norton Internet Security 2007

You could also try Port Forwarding your router as it has a nat firewall within....

Port Forwarding for the Linksys WRT300N

I found the end all be all solution. its an installation error in the newer limewire patches. go to control panel and enable hidden files and folders, then go to my computer, c drive, documents and settings, your user name, then the appdata folder, then roaming, delete the lime wire folder, then reinstall limewire with the icon on your desktop you use to launch the program for use. Boom. Five beutiful bars.
