Why am I getting billed?

I just renewed my subscription in October and I got an email saying that my subscription has expired. Any help? Is there a phone number so that I can call someone?

Did you renew Pro through the official site? Lime Wire » Download LimeWire
Did you pay LimeWireLLC for Pro (check your CC statement)?

After you renewed Pro in October, did you get the usual email with a link to your personal download page?

Before you renewed Pro in October, did you have the usual email from LW saying that your Pro was about to expire?

Check the 2nd attachment here Upgrading to V 4.18, click on the 2nd Thumbnail attachment. That is the 'official' email sent. ;)
