 Why am I getting billed? I just renewed my subscription in October and I got an email saying that my subscription has expired. Any help? Is there a phone number so that I can call someone?  |

After you renewed Pro in October, did you get the usual email with a link to your personal download page? Before you renewed Pro in October, did you have the usual email from LW saying that your Pro was about to expire? |
