Unhappy Firewall off/Windows Defender off/AVG off/ still getting the brick wall? Why?

Firewall is turned off. Windows Defender is turned off. avg is turned off. Yet I am still getting the brick wall and limiting my ability to be an Ultra Peer. Why would limewire still be showing me behind a Firewall?

Windows Vista, Administrator
Basic windows firewalls
1 gb RAM
100 gb Hard Disk space available
DSL Connection
Motorola Modem , model number 2210-02-1006
Connecting from home
Lime Wire 4.18.8 Java 1.6.0_01
AT&T ISP
"Your test worked!"
Not sharing connection
I know what I'm doing
Yes there is a brick wall in front of my globe
Lime wire is set to use UPnP modem settings
I'm just running the Windows Defender firewall with the AVG Free anti-virus suite
I'm living in the USA

Help Please.... This is driving me nuts!
Stupid Brick Wall!!! Grrr!

Is your LW connected properly (all green/blue connection bars)?

If LW is connected, try port forwarding. Your instructions are here: Port Forwarding for the Motorola 2210-02-1006

Before you set up port forwarding, you'll need to set up a static IP address: PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall

LW's listening port, port in the 'manual port forward' box & port forwarded within modem/router setup must all be the same number

Lightbulb Many Thanks...

I have reviewed the battle plan and it seems sound, but alas it is late.
I am weary and the great foe "Brick Wall" has beaten me before.
I will rest now and attack in the morning....
Thank you for your' wise advice....
