Explore option is not for opening the files per se. The Explore button is for opening the parent directory folder up so you can access those files. If you wish to open the files directly from LW, then press the Launch button. If they still won't open, then either your computer is lacking the ability for that type of file, such as lacking correct codec, else those files are fakes.
