![]() In Oct I purchased LW Pro, my version is 4.18.8Pro Java 1.6.0-oem Everything was fine until yesterday, when I tried to go into my saved files and nothing works , the files look like they won't even open.. I can find my files in c documents /Nancy/ limewire/ saved . But can't get them to open from LW. Tried support but they don't recognize my e-mail ..What can I do.... |

![]() When I go to the explore I can find the files on my computer in the documents... But the files won't open directly from LW with out going to explore...Its like the files are not linked.... I no longer have the e-mail but but did print out the e-mail and I have that... When I bought the Lifttime unlimited membership i paid 34.95... This was in Oct....Thaks Ndimich |

Sounds as if you were Scammed. LW only offers a 6mnth or 12 mnth subscription. Reciept should read Limewire LLC. Only site to get LW is www.limewire.com. |

![]() Explore option is not for opening the files per se. The Explore button is for opening the parent directory folder up so you can access those files. If you wish to open the files directly from LW, then press the Launch button. If they still won't open, then either your computer is lacking the ability for that type of file, such as lacking correct codec, else those files are fakes. ![]() |
