just how are you transferring the files into your coocoosoft?

via the LW interface?

go directly to the folder the files reside in and drag the actual file into the GUI of the software..

I appreciate your response. I tried dragging the files to Cucusoft, and I get a message that the I need a codec....so off to the cucusoft site I go, I download the codec for .mp4 and .mkv. I try again.....same result .......WTF! I'm sure there'sa a solution....I'm just not sure what it is
