I'm not 100% sure but .. two options I can think of.
1. Get MPEG Streamclip (free) drag & drop the audio file (WAV) into the program interface window, else go to File menu -> Open file. Then go to File menu -> Export to Other Formats. Then in drop-down menu at top choose iPhone. You can set the parameters as you wish. One issue is the Mac version does not recognise WAV files, however i presume the Windows version MPeg Streamclip does. Not a big issue converting WAV to AIFF anyway. 2. Another option is use iTunes however I'm not sure whether it does have correct abilities. Go to preferences & set to AAC custom setting.
Add the WAV file. Select it in iTunes Library, then go to Advanced menu choose Convert. Put the converted versions into a fresh playlist I guess & sync that with your iPhone. Obviously I'm purely guessing with the iTunes possibility. |
