Things to Consider Prior to Downloading latest Limewire update? (currently running 5.5.9 Pro)

I need to make sure the latest version won't take any major liberties like shifting the folder iTunes pulls from, and in the process creating a big problem I might have to troubleshoot. This may sound paranoid. From past experience it's not. Just looking for any potential "folder mapping related" problems beforehand.
