Upgraded from 5.5Pro to Free 5.5.13 - Problems minimising to System Tray

I just upgraded from 5.5 Pro down to Free 5.5.13 and now when I tell LW to minimise to the system tray using the red X it disappears.

LW is still running and downloading but I have to click on the LW shortcut to get the program back.

What is happening?

I am running Vista SP2, 4GB RAM, 1TB of space on drives and LW is running fine otherwise; it is just that it is not appearing in the system tray when I minimise the program.
