Can't apply new skin in LimeWire Pro 5

Hello friends..
I hope this is the right place for asking help. Well, I am using LimeWire Pro5 on Windows Vista Home. I followed all instructions and download a new skin, but can't able to apply it. When I click on 'View' in the menu the only items showing are Hide Sidebar, Show Download Tray and Show Chat Window. There is nothing to apply a skin. Is there anything I am missing? Please point me in the right direction.

No ability to change skins on any version of LW 5 so far. :) This is restricted to LW 4 versions only.
