Exclamation Win 7 UNABLE TO LOAD LW!!!

Ok so i'm like eager to download my new favorite songs on my Win 7 64 bit and the next thing you know, this message pops up:

This message has been occurring every time I tried to download and install Limewire. I wondered how could this happen? I'm starting to think that system restore had something to cause the software's erratic behavior. It was working well until i thought a virus broke into my computer it later turned out to be a cookie. I started up System restore to return it the way it was before: normal and functional. It wasn't at all when I attempted to startup LW.

So i don't know what to do anymore so I need some assistance with this.

Default WIN - 7 Unable to load LW

Hello there,

Did you remove your old version first? Then download LW fresh from the start.

For Win 7, it's probably best both LW & Java are run as Administrator. For LW, right-click the LW shortcut & choose Run as Admin. For Java, this is more complicated.

If that doesn't fix it, take peekaboo2U's advice about reinstalling. See Reinstallation Technique
