uninstalling java 1.4 without uninstalling limewire

i wanted to reinstall java 1.4 and i was wondering if it was recommended that limewire be reinstalled afterwards as well?

which version of limewire are you running?

if you encounter problems running limewire after re-installing java1.4 you should try to re-install limewire as well.

if you run limewire with an own virtual machine - standard installer for windows from limewire.com - it should not matter.
