 Limewire Freezes my Satellite connection After a few hours and now after only minutes Limewire 2.4.4 and the previous version 2.2 freezes up my Earthlink Direcway Satellite Internet connection. I must restart my computer then. Am using Win XP Prof, 1800Gb AMD XP with 500 mb ram. HELP! John  |

 I had the same problem. Found a site that has a patch that should take care of your problem, it did mine. Go to www.copperhead.cc it's a site that specializes in satellite connections. They have a patch for the satellite software that is directed at the problem. There is also some info about speeding up you connection and othe downloads. Hope this helps. |
