100 % in 1 second at 0 kb/s ????

I'm just watching the weirdest thing - someone with a working browse host option is trawling through 30 (shared) subdirectories clicking on songs which then go from zero to 100 % in a second and all at 0 kb/s (and me on a 56 k dial-up

what gives here?

I had that happen too. I think it was about the same day. I think we were being scanned, by who I don't know. I jumped offline quickly when I saw that. Hope it wasn't the RIAA!
