Question Weird ultrapeer issue

I've got this weird issue with becoming an ultrapeer. I have a T3 and athlonXP so I can definitly handle the load but it seems when I become an ultrapeer I only gain a couple leaf nodes. I am behind a firewall so I used force ip, but I don't see how some could get through and others couldn't. The weird thing is this happens with gnucleus too, so I dunno. Anyone got any ideas?
