missing shared folder in library

i only have the incomplete folder in my library... and when i try to add my shared files to the playlist, i can find them but when i click to open them they dont appear on the playlist?
how can i get the shared folder in my library? do you only get this in limewire pro? or do i need to reinstall the program?
