Tools|Options|Saving

specifies where LimeWire downloads files to (only one location - you can't, for example, download music files to one directory and image files to another).

Tools|Options|Sharing lists all the folders that you are sharing. There can be as many shared folders as you like (LimeWire will share the folder and all folders below it).
