won't save changed options

Whenever I change things in the options window, eg. shared folder, saved folder, number of days to keep incomplete files, Limewire will remember them for the duration that the program is open, but after I have closed it and opened it the next time I want to use it, it has gone back to the default, which is not what I want.
I either have to change the folders each time or copy them from one place to another afterwards. It is starting to become annoying.

I have the same problem. Although the program saves the specified shared file locations, mp3 player option etc... any changes I have made to specify how many files to allow as uploads etc... have been over-ridden at reopen.

I don't even get that far. When I want to change my saved folder to a different directory, the message reads "Invalid directory, Change back to default of try another".

Same thing happens to me, it won't even let me save it. it seems as though it can't see my mounted filesysem. doesanyone have any solutions????
