shared files

i have been dowloading songs, but when i pull limewire back up they are nowhere. i dont have a shared folder in my library, just incomplete, my little button says 0 shared files, and i want to play the songs or burn a CD and the files arent in my computers audi files either... i dont know how to fix this!!!!

Under Tools/Options/ Sharing you tell Limewire which folder(s) you want to share. Don't share your whole drive. Under Tools/Options/Saving you tell Limewire where you want to save your downloads. It will also ask you to share your save directory.Say yes so you share more files. More sharing is good.

Under the C:\Program Files\LimeWire\Shared you should see an entry such as C:\Program Files\LimeWire\Shared - this is the default provided when you install limewire... if it is not there then you can click the add buton and create a new folder... just plug in

C:\Program Files\LimeWire\Shared

This is all assuming you are using a PC runing some flavor of windows.
