Deleted files

I was tring to transfer some files and some how "My Documents ended up in lime wire and I deleted all my files by mistake. OUCH!!!! Is there a way to retieve them? Is there a recycling bin? HELP!!!

Recovering Deleted Files

Did you ever find out how to recover deleted files? I would download my songs again--but not if they're somewhere hidden on my hard drive. It would crash!
