Copying from Windows

I have Windows Media Player, loaded a lot of own CD's to it and now i'm trying to transfere them to Limewire Pro to share them, I can't figure out how to do this.

I am able to save Limewire Pro shared files to Windows Media Player.

Also, don't know how to get them from WMA to MP3's, is that necessary?

Sorry, but very new to all this, hope you can help!....
